Lab Renovations Completed!

Welcome to the new "de Ruiter" Laboratory. We are located on the 6th floor the Schulich Faculty of Chemistry, with a stunning view over the Mediterranean. We are looking forward to do Exciting Chemistry so come and Join our Group.

December 3rd , 2018

Lab Renovations Almost Completed

The lab renovations on the 6th floor at the Schulich Faculty of Chemistry are entering the final stages. We expect to move in to our new laboratory on January 1st 2019. Our lab is equipped with 2 state-of-the-art gloveboxes and 6 hoods to provide ample lab-space of our inorganic materials research program

Welcome Dr. Chinna Pothulapadu

We would like to welcome Dr. Chinna Swamy to our lab. He will be joining us from the IIT Bangalore. His research will involve (i) using chiral ruthenium polypyridyl complexes for the formation of molecular cages and (ii) using novel carbene oxazoline complexes for asymmetric hydrogenation of olefins, enamines, and ketones. We wish Chinna all the best during his post-doctoral research

Welcome Mr. Subhash Subhash

We would like to welcome M.Sc. Subhash Subhash to our lab. He will be starting his Ph.D research on using dipyrido-annulated NHC complexes of iron and molybdenum for catalytic dinitrogen  activation. We wish him all the best in his future research.

Welcome Mr. Adam Brill

We would like to welcome M.Sc. Adam Brill to our lab. He will be starting his Ph.D research on modifying graphene surfaces with molecular catalysts and photoswitches. Adam will be working in the laboratory of Prof. Elad Koren and Prof. Graham de Ruiter. We wish him all the best in his future research.
